Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping only. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due.
All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

Our hats are made from 100% cotton canvas, which gives them a thicker, more structured feel to help hold their shape over time. I completely understand how that texture might feel different than expected.
In terms of the colour, the hat is designed in a cream tone. That said, we completely understand that when receiving an item in person, the true colour may not be an exact match to what was seen on screen. While we don’t edit our product images to alter or correct colour, variations can occur due to differences in lighting and how colours display across individual screens and devices.
