Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund due. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping only.

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.
