We ship from Vancouver, BC for all Canadian orders, so no customs or duties. We have a few options for shipping in Canada, so choose your own adventure.

*Please note we are not currently able to ship to PO boxes due to the ongoing Canada Post disputes. We are leveraging other carriers as to not interrupt service. Please use a physical address when entering your shipping address at checkout.

-Standard Shipping (estimated delivery within 2-6 business days): Free on all orders

-Express Shipping (estimated delivery within 2-3 business days): $20

-Priority Shipping (estimated delivery within 1-2 business days): $30

Orders placed with standard and express shipping take 1-3 business days to be processed, and are not processed over the weekend or on holidays. Shipping timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. For Priority post, orders must be placed before 11am PST Monday through Friday to be processed and shipped same day. We do not ship orders over the weekends or on holidays.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped out that will contain a tracking number so you can track your LOF right to your door!

Orders placed with standard and express post shipping take 1-3 business days to process. Shipping times at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as carrier delays can sometimes occur. Carriers do not operate/deliver on the weekends and shipping estimates are business days only.

What should I do if my tracking has stalled?

It is not uncommon for tracking to take a few days to update while the package is in transit between facilities. If you do not notice this updating within a few days, please contact us here and we'd be happy to help look into it!

Lost or stolen packages?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, contact us here. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Can I update my shipping address?

Our team works quickly to get your orders out and changes cannot be made once your order is placed. We will ship to the address entered at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

*Note: All accessories, Good Bye Good Buy items, and items marked final sale on site and at checkout are ineligible for refunds/exchanges.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping only. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due.

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

Is there a return fee?

We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order will be deducted from your refund due. Note that this fee is not per item and only one $15 charge will be made per return order. If multiple returns/exchanges are generated on the same order, the return fee will be applied to each return order.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

Get started here. You will need your order number (including the # at the beginning of your order number and LOFCAD at the end) and postal code.

How do I get my refund?

+

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, less the return processing fee per return order, or to store credit, depending on what you selected when submitting the return. Note that it may take 5-7 business days for our warehouse to process your refund once your return has been received, regardless of how you are receiving your refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Please note this may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your banking institution. Once your return label is generated, tracking information will be emailed to you so you can track your return.

I have items to return from multiple orders, now what?

Each order requires its own return label and should be sent back to us separately. This helps our warehouse team to ensure your returns are processed as quickly as possible once received!

Do your tops/one-pieces have padding?

+

Our suits are made from our Smoothing Dream Fabricâ„¢ and are lined for privacy - so while the seamless construction does not allow for cups or inserts, the correct fit should have you feeling comfortably compressed, providing great coverage, and of course an amazing fit.

How do I remove the hygiene sticker?

If the hygiene sticker leaves a residue after removing, we've got you! This can happen sometimes from humidity due to transport conditions. You can use a bit of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad or a damp cloth and rub against the residue to remove. Follow-up with a rinse in cold water and then a machine wash (on cold, with like fabrics). This is a safe remedy and won't impact the integrity of the fabric/garment. If you have any issues with this, please reach out to our team here and we'll help you out.

What is the best way to care for my LOF?

For LOF suits - easy. Machine wash with like colours & fabrics in cold water and line dry. A garment bag is helpful, but not necessary. Avoid drying your suit in direct sunlight. If you’re in a rush to catch the next wave, our suits are dryer friendly. We recommend washing suits post activity to prolong the life/colour/fit of the suit.

If you're swimming in a pool or hot tub, get your suit wet before jumping in! Chlorine clings to dry suits so getting it wet with fresh water ahead of time will help preserve the fabric. When you're done swimming your laps, rinse immediately and follow-up with a good wash in the machine.

For all LOF lifestyle, we recommend washing in warm water, with like colours, and hanging to dry. You can tumble dry on low if you're in a pinch, or to de-wrinkle.

How many laps will my LOF suit last?

Lots. Just take care of it. That means machine washing it straight away after every chlorine/pool swim and hanging it to dry. Chlorine is hard on lycra and limits the life of any suit #facts. Chlorine also clings to dry suits, so getting your suit wet with fresh water before diving in can help preserve the fabric. Do your best to not let your suit sit in a locker or swim bag for more than a few hours. Listen, if you swim 3 plus times a week (good on you) - it will last a few months. Given the impact chlorine naturally has on lycra, this is unavoidable.

Keep whites white

Just like other whites ... wash whites with whites to keep them bright. Also, colour migration is real, so don't let whites sit wet with other colours.

Can I wear sunscreen with my suit?

+

Yes! And we hope you do - sun protection is important! However, sunscreens (yes, even the fancy ones) have the potential to stain all fabrics, including LOF suits. This is why it’s important to wash your suits after each wear. To keep your suit looking fresh, rinse in cool water right after wear, following up with a machine wash ASAP, and skip the heat - no hot water, dryers or laying it out in direct sun.

If you do spot a mark, don’t stress: mix up a little paste with baking soda and clear detergent, dab it onto the stain, let it hang for a few hours (or overnight), then wash as usual. A little TLC goes a long way to ensure you get the most out of our LOF!

What is your stance on sustainability?

Great question. Fewer, better quality, very dependable products is what we stand for and create. We make the suit that works for all your needs, literally from surfing all day to happy hour and is engineered to be long-lasting. We think if you can depend on one suit for sun, fun, and sweat, rather than tons of cheap disposable swimsuits, then the environment is better off. We also use recyclable packaging and yell at people that don’t recycle.
