SHIPPING
We’re Canadian at heart, we wouldn’t dream of not shipping to our hometowns! (Hot tip, sign up to our email newsletter and shipping on your first order is on us).
We use Canada Post eh! And ship from Victoria, BC, so no customs or duties. Prices are calculated at checkout based on your location and speed of delivery. In the neighbourhood? We offer free pickup from our downtown office. Select the pick-up option at checkout.

In Vancouver? We offer free pickup from our Vancouver location at TurF Kitsilano. Use the code VANCOUVER at checkout and the TurF team will email you when your order is ready for pick-up. Please allow 1 business day for processing and 1-2 business days for shipping. Please note that TurF does not accept returns/exchanges and those must be processed online through Left On Friday directly here.

We offer international shipping to the UK - all orders must go through our US website.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, email us at sos@leftonfriday.com . Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Hit us up fast. If the order hasn’t already been shipped, we can change the shipping address. Once the order has left our distribution center we have limited ability (if any) to change the address. We will only offer a customer a refund once the order has been physically returned to the distribution center.
Orders will ship when all items are available. To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders: one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
*Note: All promotional items are final sale, no refunds/exchanges.
Our holiday return policy is now in effect! All orders placed from now until the end of the year will have until January 31st to return for a full refund/exchange.
Returns/exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. Return shipping is complimentary. The product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. Returns that don’t meet the above won’t be refunded. Those are the rules, ladies.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.
Exchange orders are sent via complimentary standard shipping only. Need your suit in time for the weekend? We suggest returning for a refund and repurchasing with Xpresspost/Priority shipping. Please note that only one exchange per order can be accommodated. If you need to make additional changes to your exchange, please return for a full refund and repurchase.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow our team 5-7 business days for processing once your return is received back at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

If the hygiene sticker leaves a residue after removing, we've got you! This can happen sometimes from humidity due to transport conditions. You can use a bit of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad or damp cloth and rub against the residue to remove. Follow-up with a rinse in cold water and then a wash in the machine (on cold, with like fabrics). This is a safe remedy and won't impact the integrity of the fabric/garment. If you have any issues with this, please reach out to our team and we'll help you out.
Easy - machine wash, cold water and line dry or if you’re in a rush to catch the next wave, our suits are dryer friendly. Washing it post activity helps prolong the life/colour/fit of the suit.
Lots. Just take care of it. That means machine washing it straight away after every chlorine/pool swim and hanging it to dry. Chlorine is hard on lycra and limits the life of any suit #facts. Do your best to not let your suit sit in a locker or swim bag for more than a few hours. Listen, if you swim 3 plus times a week (good on you) - it will last a few months, just given the impact chlorine naturally has on lycra this is unavoidable.
Yes and we hope you do – sun protection is important! If you get sunscreen on your suit, machine wash it. If for some reason it doesn’t come out, try soaking your suit in a mix of water + baking soda, then machine wash, this should do the trick. *Hot tip, our fabric mill let us know that some sunscreens contain avobenzone, an oil soluble ingredient that has a high chance of staining - all fabric, including LOF suits. So all in all, sunscreen yes, just be careful around avobenzone.
LOF suits are designed in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and produced in California and Taiwan with Italian fabric.

Fewer, better quality, very dependable products is what we stand for and create. We make the suit that works for all your needs, literally from surfing all day to happy hour and is engineered to be long-lasting. We think if you can depend on one suit for sun, fun, and sweat, rather than tons of cheap disposable swimsuits, then the environment is better off. We also use recyclable packaging and yell at people that don’t recycle.
We’re not sure either, but you can email us and we'll do our best to get her into the right size. Alternatively, give her a gift card and let her choose.
