Tips to find the perfect suit:

  • Our suits are designed to fit snug and feel compressive but not crazy tight.
    The elastics shouldn't dig. If they do, try a size up.
  • In-between sizes? Keep the compressive tip in mind. A snug fit in the changing room will give you the best fit in the water. Only size up if you can maintain that compressive fit.
  • Remember that when you're in the water, your suit will relax a tiny bit -- we designed with this in mind.
  • If you have an extra long torso, try a tall version of our one-pieces! Our tall length one-pieces also work great for bigger boobs, to give some more room in the shelf.
  • Bust measurement is your overall bust circumference, taken around the largest part of your chest (not just your bra band size).
  • High-waisted styles sit at your waistline, so size these bottoms to your waist measurement as best as possible. Low rise more your style? Size to your hip measurement.
  • Measure yourself and find the closest match in the chart for your size.

Shipping & Returns

Please note: All promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping only. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due. 

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

    So flattering

    This suit convinced me to only buy from LOF from now on. It fits like a glove (I'm 5'11", 140 lb, and got a Medium Tall) and is the most flattering one piece I've ever worn!

    Like a glove

    I lamented about the sizing for a while noticing my body had both S, M, L and apparently XL sizing for different parts! I landed on a medium, long torso. I am 46, 5.8 and 150 lbs and have had 2 kids so got a wee tummy. I was mostly concerned about my juicy booty not eating this swimsuit alive. When I first put it on, yes, it went right up the crack BUT when the suit is wet, it sticks right to the body and does not move. I did not have to tug on the ass part once while at the beach. It gives me a stunning shape and I felt confident. I could bend, jump, swim and sit and it all just stayed put. I love it, the the green tone is great on my lily skin.

    Beautiful one piece

    I love this suit. I got the colour legend and it’s perfect. The tall size fit me well and I was borderline for the sizing chart and it worked for me. I’m 5’7”. The only thing I always say about LOF suits is I wish they had the option for padding. I have a very small chest and it does me no justice but I love the material so much I keep buying them. I end up sewing cups in myself and they work really well.

    This fits like a glove, so comfy, fits great. Wears well in the water and washes great. Ended up buying another one in diff colour. I’m 5’4”, 140 lbs athletic build, 34d, medium fits amazing 🤩
