Shipping & Returns

Please note: All promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping only. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due. 

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

"These pants are very soft and have a cool shape. I initially ordered a size small based on the size chart, but had to exchange for an XS, which fit perfectly. The size small was too big in the waist and there was too much fabric through hip and thigh (and I tend to need a little extra space in the hip and thigh). The waistband is also quite forgiving."
