What Size Am I?

Tips to find the perfect suit:

  • Our suits are designed to fit snug and feel compressive but not crazy tight. The elastics shouldn’t dig. If they do, try a size up.
  • Your suit will relax a little in the water. We designed it with that in mind.
  • In-between sizes? Keep the compressive tip in mind. A snug fit in the changing room will give you the best fit in the water. Only size up if you can maintain that compressive fit.
  • Measure yourself and find the closest match in the chart for your size.
  • Bust: measure around the fullest part of your chest, not just your bra band.
  • Waist: measure depending on the rise of the bottom. High-rise style? Measure your waist. Low-rise? Size to your hip. 
  • Torso: start at the top of one shoulder, run the tape down your front, through your legs, and back up to the same shoulder.
  • If you have a long torso, try a tall version of our one-pieces! Our tall-length one-pieces also work great for bigger boobs, to give some more room in the shelf.

  • Chlorine is hard on lycra and limits the life of any suit #facts. To prolong your suit, machine wash it after each chlorine/pool swim and do your best not to leave it in the locker.

Please note: All promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

**If you placed an order prior to Oct 14 2026, you will have 21 days to generate a return/exchange, once your order delivers

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping only. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due. 

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

    Amazing, no notes

    I absolutely love this bathing suit top. I’d been contemplating purchasing a LOF bikini for years but always chickened out when it came time to click order. I was in Toronto and was able to visit in store and finally pulled the trigger. I tried on a variety of styles and sizes but ultimately loved the minimalistic style of this top. It is very comfortable, I wore it 3 full day beach days in a row with zero complaints (no digging in or sore shoulders). There will be more LOF in my future.

    Fits tts / on the smaller side. I typically take a s/m in bathing suit tops (approx 32C/34B) and wear a size 4/6 Lululemon top.

    Fits Small. Very small. . .

    I'm a 33AA and ordered the XS. It was super tight so I returned and got the size S instead, which is also really tight! I wish I ordered the M but I'm going to alter this myself rather than return again. The style is cute and the light pick colour is great but a risky purchase based off fit.

    Love the design but size up 1

    Size up 1 in the top! I ordered my usual medium for the top and my boobs need to be adjusted quite often otherwise they fall out. Love the colors though!

    This top was so small that I couldn’t wear it. It fit in the chest, but the straps are so short. An expensive mistake on my part.
