Tips to find the perfect suit:

  • Our suits are designed to fit snug and feel compressive but not crazy tight.
    The elastics shouldn't dig. If they do, try a size up.
  • In-between sizes? Keep the compressive tip in mind. A snug fit in the changing room will give you the best fit in the water. Only size up if you can maintain that compressive fit.
  • Remember that when you're in the water, your suit will relax a tiny bit -- we designed with this in mind.
  • If you have an extra long torso, try a tall version of our one-pieces! Our tall length one-pieces also work great for bigger boobs, to give some more room in the shelf.
  • Bust measurement is your overall bust circumference, taken around the largest part of your chest (not just your bra band size).
  • High-waisted styles sit at your waistline, so size these bottoms to your waist measurement as best as possible. Low rise more your style? Size to your hip measurement.
  • Measure yourself and find the closest match in the chart for your size.

  • Chlorine is hard on lycra and limits the life of any suit - #facts. To prolong your suit, machine wash it after each chlorine/pool swim and do your best not to leave it in the locker.

Shipping & Returns

Please note: All promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping only. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due. 

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

not for me

"the fabric is as good as the reviews say, it felt so good! the color was beautiful, it beats out my current black suit by a mile. the suits (I had two to try on) were not made for my middle age mom bod but instead for someone with an athletic build. my boobs didn't have enough side coverage and were flattened by the suit. my mom pooch was enhanced. I wanted to love it but for the price it had to be perfect and it was far from it."

"Saw this on insta and I thought it would be the perfect suit for swimming with my kids. I was glad I got the long torso. Didn’t realize although I’m sure it’s noted somewhere that it’s not lined in the cups. Ended up returning though because it gives more side boob than I was comfortable with in the kids pool."

Tall but not tall enough !

"I am 5' 9 1/2" and 130 pounds. I usually wear a medium or a size 6. I have a long torso. Although the styling of the bathing suit is very nice, I was disappointed to discover it is not long enough in the body for me. It really tugged on my shoulders. Although I had passed the return date, customer service allowed me to return it and I have ordered a size large in the tall. I have not received it yet, and look forward to a better fit this time."
