Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead our Muskoka location. As the Store Manager, you're a champion of the brand and the heartbeat of the store—providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive in-store experience, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing a team that embodies the spirit of Left On Friday.
You'll drive sales, maintain the store's aesthetic, and ensure smooth operations while building a tight-knit, high-performing team. Beyond the four walls, you'll activate meaningful community partnerships that strengthen the brand locally and create genuine connections in the neighbourhood.
The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, expertise in retail operations, an obsession for all things product, a high standard of guest experience, and a solution-oriented approach.

Store Performance & Operations
Drive sales weekly, monthly and annual sales hitting or exceeding targets provided to you by leadership
Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage the store P&L ensuring a profitable environment
Work in partnership with our cross-functional teams to ensure company policies, procedures and standards of operations are in alignment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
Responsible for inventory management and audits.
Lead visual merchandising of the store and ensure standards are maintained.
Develop and implement strategies to drive retail sales revenue and achieve sales targets.
Test new ideas and report learnings to inform future store planning
Guest Experience
Provide a premium guest experience and act as an ambassador of the brand.
Create a retail & community space where guests want to come back again and again
Share your fit and style expertise for try-on sessions and private parties.
Solve for guest issues and crisis management.
Community
Build and maintain relationships with local partners, studios, and community leaders
Plan and execute regular in-store and off-site community activations in collaboration with internal teams
Act as the brand ambassador for Left On Friday in the local market

At least 2-4 years of experience in retail management and community engagement
Ability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours/days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Proficient in Google Workplace applications
