Shipping timelines will be based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • -Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days
  • -Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days
  • -Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days

The ship method timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as carrier delays can sometimes occur. If you've ordered an item on pre-order along with items readily available on our site, items will ship when they are available and you can expect two separate packages.

It is not uncommon for tracking to take a few days to update while the package is in transit between facilities. If you do not notice this updating within a few days, please contact us here and we'd be happy to help look into it!

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, contact us here. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Standard Shipping: Order by 12/14 for delivery by 12/24

Express Shipping: Order by 12/17 for delivery by 12/24

Priority Shipping: Order by 12/22 before 11am PST for delivery by 12/24

We are pleased to offer our Holiday Extended Return Policy. Orders purchased between November 17th, 2025 - December 20th 2025 can be returned or exchanged through January 10th, 2026. Returns can be made in store or online. Promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Returns/Exchanges

*Note: All accessories, Good Bye Good Buy items, and items marked final sale on site and at checkout are ineligible for refunds/exchanges.Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are returning for a refund, a $15 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due. We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for a store credit, at no additional cost. Exchange orders are sent via standard shipping only.

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.
