Toronto Check Yourself Cold Plunge

Join us on Saturday, October 24 at 9 AM at Woodbine Beach for our annual Check Yourself Cold Plunge in support of breast cancer awareness and research. Start the morning with movement, music, community and warm drinks before taking the plunge together, rain or shine.

For the fifth year, we’re raising funds for BC Cancer Foundation in memory of our dear friend and teammate, Natalie Matko. Throughout October, 100% of sales from our Check Yourself Collection and Pink Swim & Sun Protection will be donated to BC Cancer Foundation.
