WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns/exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. Return shipping is complimentary. All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. Returns that don’t meet the above won’t be refunded. Those are the rules, ladies.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.
Exchange orders are sent via complimentary standard DHL/USPS shipping only. Need your suit in time for the weekend? We suggest returning for a refund and repurchasing with expedited/overnight shipping.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
Pretty straightforward, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes! We’re Canadian at heart, we wouldn’t dream of not shipping to our hometowns! (Hot tip, sign up to our email newsletter and shipping on your first order is on us!).
We use Canada Post eh! And ship from Victoria, BC, so no customs or duties for Canadian orders. Prices are calculated at checkout based on your location and speed of delivery. Please note that Canada Post does not ship on weekends or holidays so your quoted delivery days are business days only, from the time of fulfillment. Please allow one business day to process your order.
In the neighbourhood? We offer free pick up from our Victoria office on Broad St. with the code PICKUP at checkout. Our team will email you pick up instructions when your order is good to go.

Absolutely. For all USA orders please shop on our US site.
DO YOU SHIP TO OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA?
We only offer international shipping to the UK at the moment (all UK orders must be placed through our US site) but working to expand our global reach in the future.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, email us at email@example.com. NOTE: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Hit us up fast. If the order hasn’t already been shipped, we can change the shipping address. Once the order has left our distribution center we have limited ability (if any) to change the address. If the package is lost in the vortex of the postal system there will most likely be a delay and fingers crossed the package makes it to you. We will only offer a customer a refund once the order has been physically returned to the distribution center.
