Our Breast Cancer Initiative
According to the BC Cancer Foundation, there has been a greater than 25% reduction in deaths from breast cancer for people who screen regularly, due to early detection and treatment. Keep up with your annual mammograms, recommended when you hit your 40s or have symptoms or a family history, and perform regular self-exams at home (or in your car, at the gym—as long as you do them).

In Memory of Natalie Matko
In Memory of Natalie Matko
On October 20, 2022, we lost our dear friend and teammate Natalie Matko to her long battle with breast cancer. Natalie was an incredible friend, wife, sister, step-mom, athlete, and breast cancer warrior. We recognize that this experience is familiar to too many, beyond our immediate LOF community. For this reason, we are committed to continuing Natalie’s legacy.
