Operations Team Associate
Full-time & part-time positions available
Seasonal, April/May - September 2024
Must be based in Victoria, BC

We’re looking for someone to join our Canadian Operations team, where you will be a part of the day to day processing of all incoming orders and returns for #allllltheLOF. It’s an all hands on deck situation here at LOF so resourcefulness and an eagerness to help are key. Being detail oriented will be your ultimate superpower in this position, and organizational skills are a must. You need to be independent, but love working as part of a team, and someone who can problem solve like a champ. 

In addition to the regular day to day responsibilities, this role also includes working with the team to assist and support in the customer experience through our unique showroom, in offering fit consultations. We’ll equip you with all the tools & resources necessary to help guide our customers to find their perfect swimsuit. In this role, you will get to work on a small, brilliant team with one of the most desirable, fast growing DTC brands out there today!

This position does require some heavy lifting, so you need to be able to lift and move at least 30lbs with ease. 


Core Responsibilities: 

  • Process all incoming orders and returns, upholding our service standards and timelines set, and including the refurbishing of garments to meet our high quality standards and to maintain the integrity of the garments. 
  • Receive and coordinate all incoming shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy. 
  • Conduct regular inventory counts in support of maintaining accurate inventory levels. 
  • Honour and upload Left On Friday's service standards and to abide by our team expectations. 
  • Adhere to (& contribute to the evolution of) the standard operating procedures, demonstrating alignment with business decisions, and creating coherency amongst the team in the level of service provided. 
  • Contribute to the upkeep of an organized work environment. 
  • Support our retail showroom space with in-person appointments, garment organization and refurbishment. 
  • Work directly with the Operations Manager on any in-house team initiatives and process developments.

Additional Details: 
Must be based in Victoria, BC (our office is downtown). Starting wage is $20/hour.
