We are looking for a super fun, capable and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our incredible customer service team at Left On Friday. You will be the face of LOF, creating an exceptional experience for our guests and helping to educate them on everything from fit to style to favourite vacation spots. You’re bright, engaging and can problem solve on the fly. It’s an all hands on deck environment here with our team, so you need to be independent, resourceful and as efficient as ever as we head into a busy summer season. You are enthusiastic and eager to be a part of a growing, global start-up. #dreamjob (but we may be a bit biased) …. 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Create an exceptional, high-quality experience for our guests that exceeds customer service norms
  • Manage all customer communications within our omnichannel from a variety of streams including email and social media
  • Conduct LOF Fit Consultations with our customers via Zoom

Key traits/experience we’re looking for: 

  • 1-3+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and THRIVE in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pivot and adapt to ever-changing circumstances
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and ask #allthequestions 
  • Must be able to problem solve quickly - critical thinking is key in this role
  • Effective communication with guests + our team 
  • A high-performer and a can-do attitude is of necessity
