This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our websites, including but not limited to the leftonfriday.com website (the “Site”), mobile applications, or other of our online services, and through your interaction with us offline, including when you visit our physical retail stores (collectively referred to in this Policy as the “Services”).

This Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. This Policy may be updated or changed from time to time. If changes are made, we will post them on this page. Your continued use of the Services after we make updates or changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this page periodically for updates.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide to Us. When you use our Services, you may provide us with certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, purchase information, and any other information you choose to provide. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
If you choose to create an account with us, in addition to Order Information, we collect username and password. We refer to this information as “Account Information”.
When you request information from us, respond to forms or questionnaires, participate in surveys, sweepstakes, or contests, or otherwise contact us, we collect communications that we exchange with you that may contain personal information. We collect information about your preferences when you make them known to us, such as your preferences for receiving marketing communications.
You will provide payment information needed to complete your orders, but please note that we do not have access to, or store, your payment information. Our payment processors will collect the information necessary to process your payments in accordance with their respective services agreements and privacy policies. We claim no liability or responsibility for payment transactions completed with such third-party processors.

Information We Automatically Collect. When you interact with our Services (for instance, navigate to, or browse on, the Site), we and our third-party partners may use cookies, web beacons, tags, scripts, pixels, or other technologies to automatically collect certain personal information. When we talk about “personal information” in this Policy, we are talking about Order Information, Account Information, and Device Information.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use the personal information we collect about you as described below.
To provide the Services.
This includes using Order Information to process, facilitate, and fulfill your orders, customizing or personalizing the Services, including you in surveys and contests, and providing support and assistance in connection with the Services.
To communicate with you, in accordance with your account settings and communication preferences.
For compliance and protection. We may use your information to promote the safety and security of the Services, our users, and other parties. This may include responding to law enforcement requests, protecting against fraud or other illegal acts, complying with or enforcing our legal or contractual obligations and resolving disputes, and conducting audits.
To research, analyze, understand, or develop new ways to improve or optimize the Services.
Marketing and advertising. This includes marketing and promoting the Services and/or our products by sending you direct offers, marketing messages, or advertising or through push notifications, in accordance with your account settings and communication preferences. You can always opt-out of marketing communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in an email or, if you’ve signed up for mobile text messaging but later decide you no longer wish to receive texts, by following the opt-out instructions included in the mobile message.
Other. We may use your personal information to manage our business or perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection, subject to your consent where required by law.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
There are limited circumstances in which we may share personal information with others, as set forth below.
Service Providers, Consultants, and Advisors. Like most businesses, we contract with third parties to perform certain business-related tasks and functions, such as cloud service providers, shipping, logistics, and fulfillment providers, email management, and payment processing.

Affiliates. We may share personal information with our corporate affiliates and subsidiaries, if any, for purposes consistent with this Policy.
Legal Requirements. We may share your personal information if required to do so by law or if we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information. We may also share your personal information to enforce this Policy, to prevent or detect fraud or abuse, or to protect our property or other legal rights.
Business Transfers. We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, personal information may be one of the transferred assets. SECURITY AND RETENTION

If you follow a link to any of these websites or applications, please note your access to and use of the same is governed by their own privacy policies, and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for those policies or the practices set forth in them. CHILDREN AND MINORS
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age in the jurisdiction where you reside. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from such children or minors. If we learn we have collected or received such personal information without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
We adopt this notice at collection for California residents to supplement the information contained in the Policy and comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended, including by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 and its implementing regulations (referred to as “CCPA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
Personal Information Collected. We may collect, and have collected in the preceding twelve (12) months, the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers, such as first and last name, alias, postal address, telephone number, email address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, and IP address.
California Customer Records Information, such as name and contact information. Some personal information in this category may overlap with other categories.

Personal Information Shared. We do not sell the personal information we collect for monetary compensation. However, subject to the preferences you indicate to us, we may share for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising, including in the preceding twelve (12) months, the following information with third parties:
Identifiers such as online identifier, Internet Protocol address, and other similar identifiers.
Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as browsing history, online behavior, interest data, and interactions with our and other websites, applications, systems, and advertisements.

We do not knowingly share the personal information of minors under sixteen (16) years of age.
Retention. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with the Services, to perform our legitimate business purposes, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, maintaining records, resolving disputes, maintaining security and preventing harm, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing our agreements. The criteria used to determine retention periods includes the legal limitation of liability period, agreed contractual provisions, applicable regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Consumer Rights and Requests. You may request that we disclose to you the following information as required by law:
The categories of personal information we collect about you and the categories of sources from which we collect such information;
The business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information about you;
The categories of personal information about you that we have sold or shared and the categories of third parties to whom we sold or shared such information; and
The categories of personal information about you that we otherwise disclosed, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed such personal information.
You may also request (i) to correct inaccuracies in your personal information; (ii) to receive a copy of your personal information: (iii) that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; or (iv) to “opt-out” of your personal information being shared with certain third parties, as described above.
Non-Discrimination. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Response to Requests. We will attempt to respond to California resident requests in as timely a fashion as possible. In the event of delays over forty-five (45) days, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the verifiable receipt of a California resident’s request unless you request otherwise and that time period meets the regulatory requirements. The response we provide will explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
Shine the Light. California residents are entitled to request and obtain from us once per calendar year certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
If you are an individual located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions outside of the United States, please review these additional privacy disclosures and note that information collected through our Services will be transferred to and processed in the United States, Canada, and/or in other countries where we or our third-party service providers operate. These other locations may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially accessed the Services. Legal Bases for Processing. We will only process your personal information if we have a legal basis for doing so. Legal bases for processing will depend on the type of personal information and the specific context in which we process it, but include: (i) when you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time; (ii) when the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, such as fulfilling your orders; (iii) our legitimate interests or the legitimate interest of others, such as improving, personalizing, researching, and developing the Services, marketing new features or products that may be of interest, and promoting safety and security; and (iv) when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the vital interests of you or other data subjects, or for a task carried out in the public interest.
